ALESSIA MAVAK
Alessia is a freelance filmmaker based in London, working primarly as a producer and director. Her work is centred around multi-dimensional characters, navigating harmful relationships and friendships. She's excited to embark on a new creative journey as she believes cinema has the power to voice neglected stories. She recently graduated from university, where she studied Film and TV Production and currently, she is the assistant director of a dark-comedy feature film.

THE CAPTIVE by Édouard Bourdet
The first on Broadway to deal explicitly with lesbian relationships. The Captive tells the story of a young woman attempting to navigate her life as a lesbian in 1920s Paris.
CHAOS by Gaia Mondadori
Chaos is a student written play by Gaia Mondadori, which explores a young woman’s journey into discovering herself as an artist while family trauma continually haunts her process. The script is filled with beautiful imagery, symbolism, and lots of mythic allusions.
EURYDICE by Sarah Ruhl
Eurydice is tricked by a Nasty Interesting Man and separated from her lover Orpheus as she is sent down to the underworld. The play follows themes of loss, forgetting, separation and memory.
